RESUMEN DE RESULTADOS DE LA ENCUESTA PARA DETERMINAR REQURIMIENTOS DE CAPTACIÓN EN MATERIA DE INFRAESTRUCTURA DEL TRANSPORTE

Abstract

El presente informe presenta el resumen de resultados obtenidos de la encuesta para determinar requerimientos de capacitación en materia de infraestructura del transporte 2018. Para cada una de las áreas definidas PAVIMENTOS PUENTES Y ESTRUCTURAS CONEXAS, SEGURIDAD VIAL Y TRANSPORTE, GEOTECNIA VIAL Y GESTION VIAL (Planificación) se presenta el detalle de los temas que fueron calificados como prioritarios en capacitación, según la sugerencia planteada por los encuestados como parte de los temas que consideraron importantes para ser objeto de capacitación. Para la Unidad de Normativa y Actualización Técnica, el resultado de esta encuesta constituye un insumo para la definición del Plan Anual de Capacitación del PITRA-LanammeUCR 2018, el cual se contrasta con las sugerencias que proponen las unidades del PITRA de acuerdo con su ámbito de acción y con los resultados de la evaluación de cursos del año anterior al plan que se está generando, de manera que exista una equilibrada selección de temas que respondan a las necesidades de capacitación del gremio técnico y profesional del sector. Todo lo anterior en concordancia a lo establecido en el Reglamento al artículo 6 de la Ley N°8114, N°37016-MOPT en materia de Capacitación y Transferencia de Tecnología (Capítulo V).

This report presents the summary of results obtained from the poll to determine training requirements in transport infrastructure 2018. For each of the defined areas, PAVEMENTS, BRIDGES AND RELATED STRUCTURES, ROAD SAFETY AND TRANSPORTATION, ROAD GEOTECHNICS AND ROAD MANAGEMENT (Planning), the details of the topics that were qualified as training priorities are presented, according to the suggestion made by the respondents as part of the of the subjects that they considered important to be the object of training. For the Update and Technical Regulations Unit, the result of this survey constitutes an input for the definition of the Annual Training Plan of the PITRA-LanammeUCR 2018, which along with the suggestions proposed by the PITRA units and with the results of the lecture evaluation of the previous year makes a balanced selection of topics that respond to the training needs of the technical and professional sector. All of the above in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations to Article 6 of Law No. 8114, No. 37016-MOPT on Training and Technology Transfer (Chapter V).
