Informe de evaluación: Vulnerabilidad de drenajes Ruta Nacional No. 39 Sector Parque de la Paz

Abstract

Como parte de las funciones de evaluación de la Red Vial Nacional asignadas al LanammeUCR, el Programa de Infraestructura del Transporte (PITRA) evaluó la condición que presentan los drenajes laterales en un tramo de la carretera de Circunvalación (R39), ubicado frente al Parque de la Paz. El trabajo incluyó el levantamiento de información en campo y el análisis posterior mediante la metodología de evaluación de vulnerabilidad desarrollada por la Unidad de Gestión y Evaluación de la Red Vial Nacional del PITRA. Las condiciones del sitio y las condiciones estructurales de los sistemas evaluados derivan en una vulnerabilidad ALTA, lo cual implica que los elementos que conforman la alcantarilla no están en condiciones de brindar un funcionamiento adecuado ante eventos extremos, o incluso ante eventos normales de operación. Partiendo de los resultados del análisis, se realizaron una serie de recomendaciones tendientes a mejorar las condiciones de servicio de la carretera y principalmente la seguridad de los usuarios.

As part of the evaluation functions of the National Road Network assigned to LanammeUCR, the Infrastructure and Transport Program (PITRA) evaluated the condition presented by the lateral drainages in a section of the Circunvalación road (R39), located in front of the La Paz park. The job included the gathering of information from the site and the posterior analysis using the vulnerability evaluation methodology developed by the Evaluation and Management of the National Road Network Unit of PITRA. The site and structural conditions of the evaluated systems show a HIGH vulnerability, which implies that the elements conforming the sewer are not in conditions of giving the appropriate functioning in extreme events, or even in normal operation events. In the light of the analysis results, a series of recommendations prone to improve the service conditions of the road and mainly the safety of the users, were made.
