Informe de avance desarrollo de un sistema para la conservación vial en la municipalidad de Montes de Oca

Abstract

La gestión de pavimentos debe ser capaz de ser usada por el organismo a cargo de la gestión de infraestructura y contribuir a la toma de decisiones respecto de los proyectos individuales y de la red en que se encuentran insertos dichos proyectos individuales y de la red.

LanammeUCR brinda capacitación a los funcionarios municipales y líderes comunales involucrados en el desarrollo e implementación del Plan Quinquenal de Conservación de la Red Vial Cantonal.

Se realiza una evaluación de la RVC de Montes de Oca, para obtener una base de datos con diferentes características técnicas de la infraestructura vial de la red. El diagnóstico también es insumo para definir los objetivos y metas institucionales, con el objetivo principal de desarrollar un plan quinquenal de conservación de la RVC de Montes de Oca.

Pavement management must be capable of being used by the agency in charge of the infrastructure management and contribute to decision-making regarding the individual projects and the network in which these individual and network projects are inserted. LanammeUCR provides training to municipal officials and community leaders involved in the development and implementation of the Five-Year Conservation Plan of the Cantonal Road Network. An evaluation of the RVC of Montes de Oca is carried out, in order to obtain a database with different technical characteristics of the road infrastructure of the network. The diagnosis is also an input to define the objectives and institutional goals, with the main objective of developing a five-year conservation plan for the RVC of Montes de Oca.
