Abstract

Debido a la insuficiente planificación y carencia de estudios especiales, los responsables de la obra en ejecución, realizaron cambios en el proyecto que a su criterio eran necesarios. Sin embargo, estos cambios generaron una inversión en un monto mayor de lo destinado originalmente a cada ítem y sólo se pudo construir hasta el nivel de subbase, sin concluir la base y capa de ruedo.

La estructura del pavimento y la señalización no fueron terminadas debido a los grandes aumentos de cantidades de excavación y relleno, que se ejecutaron durante la construcción de la obra.

Due to insufficient planning and lack of special studies, those responsible for the work in progress, made changes in the project that in their opinion were necessary. However, these changes generated an investment in a larger amount than originally intended for each item and could only be built up to the sub-base level, without completing the base and layer of the ring.

The structure of the pavement and the signaling were not completed due to the large increases in excavation and filling quantities, which were executed during the construction of the work.
