Abstract

De la presente auditoría se tiene la siguiente información: En cuanto seguridad, durante los procesos constructivos hubo deficiencias al no contar con los elementos establecidos en la normativa nacional de demarcación vial.

La estructura de pavimento presenta deterioros en cuando a su capacidad estructural y regularidad superficial, lo cual permite afirmar que su vida útil será menor a la de un pavimento inicial construido en una etapa bajo estricto cumplimiento de estándares de calidad.

No se han incorporado criterios de recepción de obra tomando en cuenta modelos de pago en función de la calidad ni evaluación de desempeño de la estructura de pavimento.

From the following audit, it has the following information: Regarding security, during the construction processes there were deficiencies in not having the elements established in the national road demarcation regulations.

The pavement structure shows deterioration in terms of its structural capacity and surface regularity, which allows to affirm that its useful life will be less than that of an initial pavement built in a stage under strict compliance with quality standards.

Criteria for the reception of works have not been incorporated, taking into account payment models based on quality or performance evaluation of the pavement structure.
