Abstract

Desde la última visita realizada a este laboratorio el 01-10-2002, a la fecha de esta visita se aprecia cierta mejora en el manejo de la documentación con la implementación del uso de algunas bitácoras. El programa de autocontrol de calidad y el plan de muestreo no aseguran que las actividades relacionadas al control de los materiales, productos y procesos que se realizan en este laboratorio, se apegan a las especificaciones contractuales establecidas por la Administración. Se deben implementar buenas prácticas de acceso al laboratorio, con el fin de mantener la integridad de las muestras testigo que se almacenan. La distribución de los equipos de medición y ensayo dentro de las instalaciones, no permiten asegurar que éstos sean operados y manipulados de forma tal que se asegure la obtención de resultados técnicamente válidos.

Since the last visit made to this laboratory on 01-10-2002, as of the date of this visit, there has been some improvement in the handling of documentation with the implementation of the use of some logs. The program of self-control of quality and the sampling plan do not assure that the activities related to the control of the materials, products and processes that are carried out in this laboratory, adhere to the contractual specifications established by the Administration. Good laboratory access practices should be implemented in order to maintain the integrity of the control samples that are stored. The distribution of the measurement and test equipment within the facilities does not guarantee that they are operated and handled in such a way as to ensure the obtaining of technically valid results.
