DIAGNÓSTICO DE NECESIDADES DE INVESTIGACIÓN EN MATERIALES PARA PAVIMENTOS, SEGURIDAD VIAL Y TRANSPORTES

Abstract

Como respuesta a lo establecido en el capítulo VI, Sección II, Artículo 62 del Reglamento publicado según Decreto DE-37016-MOPT, en el documento se realiza un diagnóstico de las necesidades y prioridades de investigación en materia vial, y más específicamente en lo que corresponde a materiales utilizados en la construcción de estructuras de pavimentos, infraestructura vial, seguridad vial e ingeniería de proyectos. De esta forma se desarrolla un resumen de las necesidades identificadas en las distintas áreas precipitadas que servirá como guía y referencia a la hora de desarrollar el plan estratégico de investigación por parte del Programa de Infraestructura del Transporte (PITRA) del LanammeUCR. La información presentada está dividida por áreas de conocimiento técnico. De esta forma la sección correspondiente a materiales para pavimentos resume lo observado en materia de química de materiales (ej. asfalto), materiales granulares y suelos, materiales estabilizados, pavimentos flexibles y pavimentos rígidos y técnicas de mantenimiento y preservación. De forma similar hay un apartado correspondiente a lo concerniente a la seguridad vial y a los temas relacionados con Ingeniería de Transportes.

In response to the provisions of Chapter VI, Section II, Article 62 of the Regulations published in Decree DE-37016-MOPT, the document makes a diagnosis of the needs and priorities of research in road, and more specifically on the materials used in the construction of pavement structures, road infrastructure, road safety and project engineering. In this way a summary of the needs identified in the different hasty areas will be developed, which will serve as a guide and reference when developing the strategic research plan by the Transport Infrastructure Program (PITRA) of LanammeUCR. The information presented is divided by areas of technical knowledge. In this way, the section corresponding to pavement materials summarizes what is observed in materials chemistry (eg asphalt), granular materials and soils, stabilized materials, flexible pavements and rigid pavements and maintenance and preservation techniques. Similarly, there is a section related to road safety and issues related to Transport Engineering.
