Abstract

El objeto del presente memorando de normas y procedimientos, es el de establecer los lineamientos que deberán cumplir las UNIDADES ENCARGADAS DE SUPERVISAR PROYECTOS EJECUTADOS BAJO CONTRATO, para lograr gestionar la asignación y adquisición de bienes y servicios, por medio de la Proveeduría del MOPT O CON CARGO AL ITEM 109.04 "Trabajo a Costo más Porcentaje", esto último para evitar la paralización de la supervisión de la obra independientemente de que exista o no financiamiento para adquirirlos en el presupuesto y por otras razones ajenas a la decisión del ingeniero de proyecto.

The purpose of this memorandum of rules and procedures, is to establish the guidelines to be met by the UNITS RESPONSIBLE FOR UNDERGOING PROJECTS EXECUTED UNDER CONTRACT, in order to manage the allocation and acquisition of goods and services, through the MOPT Provider OR WITH CHARGE AL ITEM 109.04 "Work at Cost plus Percentage", the latter to avoid the paralysis of the supervision of the work regardless of whether or not financing exists to acquire them in the budget and for other reasons unrelated to the decision of the project engineer.
