Abstract

Este informe presenta los planes de auditoría para plantas productoras y para proyectos, para los cuales se fijan las siguientes especificaciones generales. La auditoría técnica de proyectos tiene la finalidad de auditar las labores realizadas en los proyectos de construcción para mantener informada a la gerencia de la institución contratante de los aspectos que pueden afectar la eficiencia en la ejecución de obras en conformidad con los términos del contrato y de los objetivos del mismo. Las plantas de producción de mezcla también deben ser objeto de auditoría porque se encargan de fabricar la materia prima de reparación vial. Existen muchos aspectos técnicos y de proceso que deben estar bajo control para producir mezcla asfáltica de la calidad adecuada. La función auditoria puede detectar problemas y reportarlos a la Dirección contratante para que conozca las situaciones y tome decisiones oportunas para corregir el proceso.
