Abstract

SOBRE LAS BITÁCORAS DE REGISTRO DE ENSAYOS DE LABORATORIO: Al revisar el uso de las bitácoras de registro de información de los procedimientos de ejecución de ensayos del laboratorio remoto, se determinó que existe un sistema de control documental que permite asegurar la trazabilidad de la información de las muestras y los ensayos procesados en este laboratorio, desde la toma de datos hasta la emisión del informe final. Sin embargo, se determinaron oportunidades de mejora en el instructivo LIMPSA IT-06 y en el uso del registro LIMPSA-RG-18 “Muestreo Aleatorio de Unidades de Transporte”. SOBRE LOS CERTIFICADOS DE CALIBRACIÓN Y REGISTROS DE VERIFICACIÓN: Basados en los certificados de calibración y registros de verificación analizados se identificaron oportunidades de mejora, en el certificado del equipo LIMPSA 01- 589 “Termómetro de dos entradas” ya que la sonda no se encontraba debidamente identificada, lo cual puede generar un riesgo potencial durante la utilización del equipo. Además, se evidenció falta de una debida documentación de todo el proceso para establecer la temperatura de trabajo del horno incinerador LIMPSA-01-37. SOBRE LA EJECUCIÓN DE LOS ENSAYOS DE LABORATORIO: Durante la testificación de ensayos el equipo auditor evidenció que el laboratorio de LIMPSA presenta oportunidades de mejora en la realización de los ensayos de laboratorio según los procedimientos establecidos en las normas de ensayo correspondientes, las cuales pueden afectar los resultados reportados.

ABOUT THE LABORATORY TEST LOGBOOKS: When reviewing the use of the logbooks of information of the remote laboratory test execution procedures, it was determined that there is a document control system that ensures the traceability of the information of the samples and the tests processed in this laboratory, from data collection to the issuance of the final report. However, improvement opportunities were identified in the LIMPSA IT-06 instructions and in the use of the LIMPSA-RG-18 "Random Sampling of Transport Units" register. ON THE CALIBRATION CERTIFICATES AND VERIFICATION RECORDS: Based on the calibration certificates and verification records analyzed, opportunities for improvement were identified in the LIMPSA equipment certificate 01-589 "Two-entry thermometer" since the probe was not properly identified, which can generate a potential risk during the use of equipment. In addition, there was a lack of proper documentation of the entire process to establish the working temperature of the incinerator oven LIMPSA-01-37. ON THE EXECUTION OF LABORATORY TESTS: During the testifying of tests, the audit team showed that the LIMPSA laboratory presents opportunities for improvement in the performance of the laboratory tests according to the procedures established in the corresponding test standards, which may affect the reported results.
