Inspección del Puente Mansiones sobre el Río Torres, Distrito San Rafael, Cantón Montes de Oca

Abstract

Este informe presenta información sobre el estado de conservación del puente y provee recomendaciones generales para resolver los daños detectados. Se incluyen los formularios de inventario e inspección del puente, los cuales cuentan con la información necesaria para actualizar el programa informático de gestión de puentes SAEP administrado por el MOPT. El informe no incluye información suficiente para preparar un cartel de licitación con el fin de contratar los trabajos de reparación recomendados. Mas bien, es responsabilidad de la Unidad Técnica de la Municipalidad, con la asesoría del MOPT o de un profesional calificado en materia de puentes de definir y priorizar los trabajos a realizar, sean estos de diseño, rehabilitación y/o construcción, antes de preparar el cartel de licitación respectivo. Entiéndase por rehabilitación la reparación de los problemas detectados o la sustitución de todo o parte del puente. El puente no presenta daños graves, sin embargo se recomienda realizar diversas actividades de mantenimiento y corrección para solucionar los problemas generados por la falta de mantenimiento preventivo.

This report presents information on the state of conservation of the bridge and provides general recommendations to resolve the damage detected. The inventory and bridge inspection forms are included, which have the necessary information to update the SAEP bridge management software administered by the MOPT. The report does not include enough information to prepare a bidding poster in order to hire the recommended repair work. Rather, it is the responsibility of the Technical Unit of the Municipality, with the advice of the MOPT or a qualified professional on bridges to define and prioritize the work to be done, be it design, rehabilitation and / or construction, before preparing the respective tender poster. Rehabilitation is understood as the repair of the problems detected or the replacement of all or part of the bridge. The bridge does not present serious damages, however it is recommended to carry out various maintenance and correction activities to solve the problems generated by the lack of preventive maintenance.
